Choral Societies

Southern Sinfonia has a long history of performing with choral societies and choirs.

Choralists

At Southern Sinfonia, we thoroughly enjoy being able to provide a convenient and expert service that enables groups of all sizes to put on stunning concerts with our professional and talented musicians.

Ranging from a single player through to a full orchestra of 90 players, Southern Sinfonia will be able to find the perfect musicians to accompany your singers.

Southern Sinfonia can provide:

    Sourcing and ordering of orchestral material 
    Complimentary marking and bowing of orchestral material 
    Additional rehearsals if needed at cost, prior to standard three hour on-the-day rehearsal
    Orchestra of any size, permutation and pitch
    Full on-the-day orchestral management, including pre-concert day liaison with conductor
    Librarianship, orchestral layout including provision of stands and lights
    Welcome and care of soloists 
    Consultation on programme planning if required

After working with Southern Sinfonia, everyone in the chorus said how brilliant and inspirational the orchestra was.
