No purchase necessary to enter the competition for nominated recipients to receive a personal performance from Southern Sinfonia musicians/performers (the prize). 
This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. 
Entries must be received by 23:00 GMT 14 January 2022. 
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. 
Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. 
Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned. 
Multiple nominations will be accepted as long as each are submitted on a separate form.

All correctly completed entries will be scrutinised by a panel of people representing the local community. Prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. 
The winners will be notified via email or post by 31 January 2022. 
The winners must claim their prize within the year of 2022. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse.

● A panel of judges representing local media outlets and the local community, and independent of Southern Sinfonia and Arts Taunton, will choose from nominations. ● The judges' decision will be final.● No financial commitment is required on the behalf of nominators or those nominated.● There will be 4 events in total - each will comprise a group of professional orchestra musicians and may include a vocalist if best suited to the winners' choice of genre.● The events will be held within Taunton or the surrounding areas.● Southern Sinfonia reserve the right to identify the best blend of professional musicians/vocalists and to choose the performers, and cannot be held liable or responsible for any cancellations due to untoward circumstancesand any financial issues arising thereof.● The person nominating will help Southern Sinfonia identify the best venue and liaise with venue owners/managers/agents. Southern Sinfonia will not be responsible for any venue costs incurred. ● The performances will be subject to any health and safety/covid restrictions at the time.● The performances willl be delivered at a mutually beneficial time (to Southern Sinfonia, the recipient(s) and any venue agents during 2022.● In submitting the nomination, the nominator consents to media coverage, and nominators/recipients may be asked to take part in an interview pre- or post-event where practical/possible (whilst recognising there may be limitations on this).● It is the responsibility of the nominator to confirm that the intended recipient(s) wish to have Southern Sinfonia perform for them
